Swimming/T2W3

Today I practice my water safety skills at the lagoon pool.

The first skill I practiced was kicking while using a kick board in the water.

Then I practiced a streamline with both of our arms together behind our ears.

Lastly I did a backstroke while kicking my feet and with my chest and chin up.

I got better at backstroke, but I need to improve my kicking.

LI.To  develop knowledge of water safety.
